YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE A DEMO, MEET WITH CAMPHOUSE OR SUBSCRIBE TO MARKETING TO ENTER. YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN PERSON AT THE CAMPHOUSE BOOTH WHEN YOUR ENTRY IS DRAWN TO WIN (SEE SECTIONS 3.2 AND 8). OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS AGED 18 OR OLDER WHO MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 3. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

1. Sponsor

1.1 The sponsor of the Camphouse Oura Ring Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is Camphouse Americas Inc., a Delaware corporation, 250 West 55th Street, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10019, United States ("Camphouse" or "Sponsor"). Contact: marketing@camphouse.io.

1.2 The Giveaway is a promotional sweepstakes run by Camphouse in connection with its participation as an exhibitor at the ANA Masters of Marketing Conference in Orlando, Florida (the "Conference").

1.3 The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or otherwise associated with, the Association of National Advertisers, Inc. ("ANA") or the manufacturer of Oura products or its affiliates ("Oura"). Oura and Oura Ring are trademarks of their owner and are used only to identify the prizes.

1.4 By entering, you agree to these Official Rules (the "Rules").

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Giveaway begins on 20 October 2026 at 2pm Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on 22 October 2026 at 5pm ET (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be included in any drawing.

2.2 Sponsor's entry system time is the official time for the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence; and (b) are permitted under their employer's policies, including any gift, ethics or anti-bribery policies, to enter the Giveaway and accept a prize.

3.2 Entering does not require Conference registration, attendance or a ticket. However, to win, a potential winner must be present in person at the Camphouse booth when their entry is drawn (see Section 8). The booth is located in the Conference exhibit area, access to which is controlled by the Conference organizer and may require Conference registration. Sponsor does not sell or provide Conference admission and receives no part of any Conference fee.

3.3 The following individuals are not eligible: (a) employees, officers, directors and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates; (b) employees, officers and directors of ANA; (c) any other person involved in the development, administration or prize fulfilment of the Giveaway; (d) the immediate family members (spouse or domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses or partners) and household members (whether or not related) of any person listed in paragraphs (a) to (c); (e) employees or officials of any government, government-controlled entity or public international organization; and (f) any person who is the subject or target of sanctions administered by the US Government, including persons on the US Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, or who is ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, complete and submit the online entry form at [ENTRY URL] (the "Entry Form") during the Promotion Period. The Entry Form is publicly accessible and does not require a Conference registration, ticket or badge. You can also access the Entry Form by scanning the QR code displayed at Camphouse booth 29 during the Conference. There is no other method of entry.

4.2 The Entry Form asks for your first and last name, email address, company name, job title and country (and, if in the US, state) of residence, confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements, and acceptance of these Rules. Entry is free.

4.3 The Entry Form includes a separate, optional box to receive marketing communications from Camphouse. It is not required to enter or win and has no effect on your chances of winning.

4.4 Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of whether you enter online or at the booth. If more than one entry is received from the same person (including under different email addresses), only the first eligible entry received will be counted.

4.5 All entries, whether submitted remotely or at the booth, are recorded in the same system and included in the drawings on identical terms, with identical odds.

4.6 An entry is complete when the Entry Form has been submitted and a confirmation message is displayed. The entrant is the individual whose name and email address are submitted.

5. Prizes

5.1 A total of 4 prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (4) Oura Ring MODEL 5.

5.2 Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize: US$500. Total ARV of all Prizes: US$2000. ARVs are based on Oura's published US retail prices as of 14 October 2026. Any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

5.3 Ongoing subscription costs: many Oura app features require a paid Oura Membership. The Prize does not include a paid membership other than any trial period Oura provides with new rings. After any included or trial period, continued membership is offered by Oura at its then-current price (at the date of these Rules, [US$5.99 per month or US$69.99 per year: 14 October 2026. Purchasing a membership is optional and is the winner's own decision and cost. Sponsor will not enrol any winner in a paid subscription.

5.4 Sizing and handover: The Prize will be handed to the winner at the booth in the form of a physical ring, Oura Ring MODEL 5, with a receipt.

5.5 Using the Prize requires a compatible smartphone and an Oura account, and is subject to Oura's terms and privacy policy. Sponsor does not receive any data generated by the ring or the Oura app. The Prize is provided with the manufacturer's warranty only.

5.6 Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. If a Prize (or a particular size or finish) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor will not substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV.

5.7 Limit: one (1) Prize per person.

6. Drawings

6.1 Drawings will take place on the following dates only, at Camphouse booth 29 at the Conference:

Drawing 1: 21 October 2026, approx. 1:30 pm and 5:00pm ET. Entry cutoff: 1:10 pm and 4:50 pm ET. Prizes: 2 Oura Rings. Drawing 2: 22 October 2026, approx. 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm ET. Entry cutoff: 22 October 2026, 1:10pm & 4:50pm ET. Prizes: 2 Oura rings.

6.2 Each eligible entry is assigned a unique entry number in the order received. Entries received by the entry cutoff for a drawing are included in that drawing. Entries received after a cutoff are included in the next drawing.

6.3 Before each drawing, Sponsor places in a physical numbered-ball drawing machine one ball for each eligible entry number that has not already won a Prize, including every eligible entry submitted remotely. Sponsor then draws one ball for each Prize available in that drawing. The entry whose number is drawn is the potential winner.

[OPTION B, DIGIT METHOD, IF ENTRY VOLUME EXCEEDS MACHINE CAPACITY:] For each Prize, Sponsor draws one ball for each digit of the entry number (for example, units, tens and hundreds), returning each ball to the machine after it is drawn. If the resulting number does not match an eligible entry that remains in the drawing, it is disregarded and the process is repeated.

6.4 An entry that wins a Prize, or is disqualified, is removed and is not included in any later drawing. Any other entry, including an entry that was drawn but not claimed because the entrant was not present, remains in all later drawings during the Promotion Period. Within a single drawing, a number that has been drawn and not claimed is set aside and is not drawn again in that drawing.

6.5 Drawings are conducted by at least two Sponsor representatives and may be observed by anyone present at the booth. Sponsor keeps a written record of each drawing..

7. Odds

7.1 The odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries in that drawing and the number of Prizes available in it. For example, if 1 Prize is drawn from 50 eligible entries, the odds of any one entry winning in that drawing are 1 in 50. Because unsuccessful entries carry over, an entry received earlier is included in more drawings than an entry received later. To win, the entrant must also be present at the booth when their entry is drawn (Section 8)..

8. Claiming a Prize: Must Be Present to Win

8.1 When a number is drawn, Sponsor will announce at the booth the entry number and the entrant's first name and last initial and company.

8.2 To win, the entrant must be present in person at the Camphouse booth and identify themselves to a Sponsor representative within 5 MINUTES after the announcement (the "Claim Period"), and must: (a) show a government-issued photo ID matching the name in the entry; (b) confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3, including that they may accept the Prize under their employer's policies; and (c) provide any information Sponsor is required by law to collect for tax purposes (see Section 9).

8.3 Sponsor may take reasonable steps to verify eligibility. Sponsor will not require a winner to sign a publicity or liability release as a condition of receiving a Prize.

8.4 If the entrant is not present or does not claim the Prize within the Claim Period, cannot verify their identity, is ineligible or declines the Prize (including because they cannot accept it under their employer's policies), no Prize is awarded to that entry in that drawing and Sponsor will immediately draw another number in the same way. This continues until the Prize is claimed, subject to Section 8.5.

8.5 If a Prize has not been claimed after 5 numbers have been drawn for it in a drawing, it will be added to the next scheduled drawing. At the final scheduled drawing, Sponsor will continue drawing until every remaining Prize has been claimed or no eligible entries remain.

8.6 Sponsor will not contact entrants by email to tell them that their number has been drawn, and a Prize cannot be claimed after the Claim Period has ended.

9. Taxes

9.1 Winners are responsible for any taxes arising from a Prize. Sponsor will comply with any tax information reporting or withholding obligations that apply to it and may ask a winner for information required by law for that purpose (for example, an IRS Form W-9 or W-8). Sponsor may withhold a Prize until legally required information is provided. On request, Sponsor will confirm the ARV of a Prize for the winner's tax records.

9. Taxes

10. Privacy and Marketing

10.1 Camphouse will use the personal information you provide to run the Giveaway: to record and verify entries, conduct drawings (including announcing the first name and last initial and company of each drawn entrant at the booth), verify winners, hand over or deliver Prizes, meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, respond to winner-list requests under Section 15, and prevent fraud. Camphouse uses service providers (including its form provider and delivery carriers) for these purposes. More information, including your rights and how to exercise them, is in the Camphouse Privacy Notice at https://camphouse.io/legal/privacy.

10.2 Camphouse will send you marketing communications only if you separately opt in on the Entry Form. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting legal@camphouse.io. Entering the Giveaway does not by itself add you to any marketing list.

10.3 Sponsor will not use a winner's name, image or likeness for publicity unless the winner separately consents. Declining publicity has no effect on eligibility or on receiving a Prize

9. Taxes

11. Disqualification

11.1 Sponsor may disqualify an entry or entrant only for the following reasons: ineligibility under Section 3; providing false or another person's information; using automated means, multiple identities or other methods to obtain more entries than permitted; tampering with the entry process or a drawing; or entering or acting in breach of applicable law. Decisions will be made in good faith and in accordance with these Rules.

12. Technical Problems and Changes

12.1 Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received because of a failure of the entrant's device, connection or email service. If a failure of the Entry Form or Sponsor's systems prevents entries from being received, Sponsor will take reasonable steps to address it, which may include extending an entry cutoff.

12.2 If fraud, a technical failure, a change to or cancellation of the Conference, or another cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control prevents the Giveaway from running as described, Sponsor may reschedule or adjust a drawing as necessary. In that case, Sponsor will award the Prizes by random drawing from the eligible entries received, as closely as practicable to these Rules. Any change will be posted at [RULES URL]. Sponsor will not reduce the number or value of the Prizes offered, except where required by law.

13. Liability

13.1 To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of a Prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsor's negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of these Rules. Claims relating to the performance of a Prize are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

13.2 Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects any rights you have under mandatory law.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory law that applies to the Giveaway or to you, including Florida law governing game promotions and the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

14.2 The courts of the State of New York and the federal courts located in New York County, New York, have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Giveaway. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in any other court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

15. Official Rules, Winner Information and Contact

15.1 These Rules are available at www.camphouse.io/legal/oura-giveaway-rules, are displayed at the Camphouse booth during the Conference, and can be obtained by email to [GIVEAWAY CONTACT EMAIL] or by writing to Sponsor at the address in Section 1.

15.2 To request a list of winners (first name, last initial and country or US state of residence), email marketing@camphouse.io with the subject line "Oura Giveaway Winners" or write to Sponsor at the address in Section 1 by 5 November 2026. The list will be provided after all winners have been finally determined.

15.3 If there is any inconsistency between these Rules and any other material about the Giveaway, these Rules apply.

  1. We obtain personal data:

  • directly from you, when you register for or use the Service, contact us, submit a form on the Site (including contact, demo request, gated content and newsletter forms), book a meeting or demonstration, subscribe to our communications, register for an event or correspond with us;

  • from you, when you submit your details through a lead generation form on a third-party platform on which we advertise, in particular LinkedIn;

  • from your employer or organisation, for example when it purchases the Service and nominates authorised users, or provides contact details of its personnel for contract, support or billing purposes;

  • from data enrichment and business prospecting providers, and through enrichment carried out within our customer relationship management platform, which supply or supplement business contact and company information;

  • from our service providers and business partners, in connection with the services they provide to us; and

  • from publicly available professional and business sources, such as professional networking platforms, company websites and public registers.

Where we obtain personal data about you from a source other than you, we provide the information required by Article 14 GDPR through this Privacy Notice, including by referring to it in our communications with you.

  1. How we share personal data

We disclose personal data only to the extent needed for the purposes described in section 4, to the following categories of recipient:

  • service providers that help us host, operate, secure, support, analyse, market and administer the Service and our business, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (the production environment for the Service is currently primarily hosted using cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services), support, communications and email delivery providers, analytics providers, marketing, advertising and CRM providers, and billing, payment and accounting providers;

  • Camphouse group companies, for the purposes described in section 4;

  • professional advisers, including lawyers, auditors, accountants, insurers and consultants, who are bound by professional or contractual confidentiality obligations;

  • governmental, regulatory and tax authorities, courts and law enforcement authorities, where we are legally required to disclose personal data, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, to protect our rights or property, or to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or of the public; and

  • parties involved in a corporate transaction, including potential purchasers, investors, lenders and counterparties and their advisers, in connection with a transaction of the kind described in section 4.

Recipients act in different legal capacities. Many of our providers process personal data as processors on our documented instructions and are engaged under a written data processing agreement. Others, including certain advertising and social media platforms, payment providers, professional advisers, and public authorities and courts, act as independent controllers, or in some cases joint controllers, for some or all of their processing and pursue their own purposes on their own legal bases; their own privacy notices apply to that processing.

This section concerns recipients relevant to Camphouse’s processing as controller. Subprocessors engaged in relation to Customer Data are addressed separately in the DPA and its subprocessor schedule, which is made available to customers.

  1. International transfers

Our Site infrastructure is hosted within the EU. Some personal data collected through the Site may nevertheless be processed by service providers or other recipients outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. The same applies to personal data processed in connection with our other activities, where a service provider, group company or other recipient is established, or processes personal data, outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on:

  • an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission under Article 45 GDPR, where the transfer is covered by such a decision;

  • appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary technical, organisational and contractual measures where our assessment of the transfer indicates that they are needed; or

  • another lawful transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR that applies to the transfer.

We determine the applicable mechanism for each transfer. You may contact us at security@camphouse.io for further information about the safeguards applicable to a specific transfer, including how to obtain a copy of the relevant clauses. Transfers of personal data within Customer Data are governed by the DPA.

  1. Retention of personal data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

The retention period depends on the nature of the personal data, the purposes for which it is processed, the duration of our relationship with you or your organisation, and applicable legal, accounting, security and regulatory requirements. We may also retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, taking applicable limitation periods into account.

Certain information must be retained for specific periods under applicable law. For example, accounting records are generally retained for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the relevant financial year ended.

Business contact and marketing data is retained for as long as we have a legitimate business need to retain it, taking into account our relationship with you or your organisation, your engagement with our communications, and any objection or withdrawal of consent. If you unsubscribe or object to direct marketing, we keep a minimal suppression record so that your preference continues to be respected.

When personal data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. Where immediate deletion is not possible, for example because information remains temporarily within backup systems, we securely retain the information until deletion is possible.

Retention of personal data contained in Customer Data is governed by the applicable Customer Agreement, the DPA and the customer’s instructions, including the customer’s own use of deletion functionality in the Service.

  1. How we protect personal data

We maintain technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure and unauthorised access, at a level of security appropriate to the risk. They include access control and authentication, encryption, logging and monitoring, secure development practices, backup and recovery, personnel training and confidentiality obligations, and supplier assessment.

Camphouse maintains an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and a SOC 2 Type II report based on an independent examination of relevant controls.

  1. Your data protection rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Access: to be told whether we process personal data about you and, if so, to receive a copy of that data and information about the processing.

  • Rectification: to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete personal data completed.

  • Erasure: to have personal data deleted, for example where it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent, or you have successfully objected to the processing.

  • Restriction: to have our processing restricted, for example while we verify the accuracy of personal data or consider an objection.

  • Data portability: to receive personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller, where the processing is based on your consent or on a contract with you and is carried out by automated means.

  • Objection: to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You have an unconditional right to object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes, including related profiling; if you object, we will stop that processing.

  • Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw your consent at any time where the processing relies on consent, including consent to non-essential cookies and to marketing communications. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

  • Complaint: to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, contact us at security@camphouse.io. We reserve the right to limit our assistance with such requests to the extent required by applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message, or by contacting us. You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through our Cookie Settings; see section 11.

If you consider that our processing of your personal data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, Sweden, imy@imy.se, www.imy.se. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with another competent supervisory authority, in particular the authority in the EU or EEA country where you live or work or where the alleged infringement took place.

  1. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site for necessary website functionality, for preferences, for analytics and for marketing and advertising, including retargeting, campaign measurement, conversion tracking and account-based marketing. Some of these technologies are implemented through server-side tag management on a Camphouse subdomain. Technologies that are not strictly necessary are used only on the basis of your consent, where consent is required by applicable law, which we collect and manage through our consent management platform.

Detailed information about the individual cookies and similar technologies we use, including the provider, purpose, type and storage duration of each, together with the means to give, manage or withdraw your consent, is available in the Camphouse Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings on the Site.

  1. Third-party websites and services

The Site and the Service may contain links to, or integrations with, websites and services operated by third parties. We do not control those websites and services, and their processing of personal data is governed by their own privacy notices. We recommend that you review the relevant notice before providing personal data to a third party.

  1. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services, our organisation, applicable law or regulatory guidance. The current version is always published on the Site, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the notice. Where a change materially affects how we process your personal data or the rights available to you, we will provide additional notice by appropriate means, such as by email or a notice in the Service, where required by applicable law or otherwise appropriate.
